All EGR students are advised at Engineering General Resources. Sophomores, juniors and seniors with an ME classification are assigned academic advisors alphabetically by last name upon entering the department. The same advisor is retained until graduation. You may seek advising from another faculty advisor if your own advisor is not available.

Advisors are usually available on a walk-in basis during posted office hours, but appointments are accepted. Any questions concerning mechanical engineering curriculum and/or requirements may be answered by Student Services, Room 3182 Mechanical Engineering Building. In addition, advising handouts are available outside Room 3182 Mechanical Engineering Building.
