All EGR students are advised at Engineering General Resources. Incoming students meet with undergraduate student services coordinator (Lynn Neis). An MS&E academic advisor is assigned to each student on entering the department. All academic advisors are MS&E faculty members. The student will have this same advisor throughout his/her academic career unless they request reassignment. All students must meet with their academic advisor at least once each semester before they register for the following semester.

Students interested in MS&E are encouraged to explore the curriculum and opportunities in the department by meeting with an advisor. Please contact Lynn Neis if interested in an appointment with an advisor. The curriculum and other information is available at http://www.engr.wisc.edu/current/undergrad/.
