To fill out this form, you first must know the name of your EGR advisor. If you don't know who your EGR advisor is, here are ways to find out:

  7. You are responsible for knowing the curriculum requirements for the major you are planning to pursue, even if it is outside of engineering. Remember: The requirements often change! Be sure to check the departmental websites, look over the curriculum requirements, and note any changes. You may also stop by the department offices to pick up hard copies of the curriculum materials.

    Consider: Given your major of interest and your grade point averages so far, is this a reasonable load of courses and credits for you? Balance your semester load to meet your needs. Don't select courses just because they're all listed in a row on the curriculum guide.
