Tutoring By Request

Tutoring By Request (TBR) is a program that allows certain authorized students to request one-on-one help from tutors, when you need it, for free!

Requesting help from tutors is very easy and is done online at http://tbr.engr.wisc.edu
You simply:
1. Login with your NetID and password.
2. Choose the class that you need help with.
3. Pick a tutor.
4. Choose a time that works for you based on the tutors availability.

Once you have setup your meeting, all you have to do is show up for your scheduled time on the 4th floor of Wendt library! If something comes up and you cannot make the scheduled session, please make sure to email the tutor and inform them.

The number of classes that are supported, and number of available tutors will grow as the semester moves along. If you need help with a class and don't see any tutors for it on TBR, look back in a week or so and there should be some available. If you need immediate help and cannot find a tutor, email Jennifer Binzley at jbinzley@engr.wisc.edu, Scott Fan at bfan2@wisc.edu. or Huanchen Zhang at hzhang56@wisc.edu

Who are the tutors?

The tutors are students who have previously taken the courses they tutor and have mastered the content. Check the Meet The Tutors page for more information.
