Lakeshore Path
Bikers on Lakeshore path

You'd be crazy not to take advantage of this beautiful part of the University. Located along the shores of Lake Mendota, the Howard Temin Lakeshore Path is a picturesque way to traverse the campus. It's ideal for walking, running, biking, and even roller-blading along the paved section past the Kronshage dorms. The Path extends all the way to the entrance of Picnic Point and beyond. Picnic Point itself has an excellent trail system.
