Brief Description
All programs in France are run through the
Global Engineering Education Exchange (Global-E3).
Please refer to the

website for more detailed information about the schools and about France. In addition to the above list, some additional programs are available.
Language requirement
French 204 or its equivalent is required for participation in this exchange program.
GPA requirement
3.0 cumulative (this can vary somewhat by institution)
Housing
Most schools offer on-campus housing (dormitories).

Budget
Tuition and fees: University of Wisconsin-Madison tuition
UW program fee: $300
UW-mandated health insurance: $37/month
Housing: $400 per month
Meals: $350 per month
Miscellaneous expenses (laundry, books, supplies, etc.): $1200 semester
Roundtrip travel: $850
Local transportation: $60/month
Student visa: $120
Entertainment, vacation and travel costs vary widely.

Part one of the application should be completed on-line.
Required documents (such as recommendation letters and transcripts) should be returned to the
International Engineering Studies and Programs
office. The IESP Application Cover Sheet (PDF or Word) should also be completed and turned in with documents.
